After preparing QELBY Somatid spheres, I drank a glass of QELBY water. It tasted smoother and cleaner to me. I continued to drink QELBY water through out the day and felt more energy. I had a swollen ankle and prepared a small soaking tub with warm QELBY water and the QELBY spheres in a netted bag that I wrapped around my ankle. Soaking my ankle for 30 minutes it felt and looked much better. I use QELBY water to make coffee, tea as well as drink the QELBY water all day and will experiment with other uses.
