Returns
We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain unopened and undamaged.
If your order was incorrect, please contact support@somavibehealth.com within 30 days of receipt. If your order was incomplete, please send images of all packaging and the contents within 48 hours of receipt so we can get it resolved.

Except for the Quantum Sleeping Pads, approved returns must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For bundle purchases, all individual components must be returned to qualify for a refund. All refunds are processed following a formal inspection.
Somatid Sleeping Pad
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of this product, we are unable to resell used sleeping pads. This product is not eligible for a return or refund.
The following items are safe to use with the sleeping pad:
- Grounding mats
- Mattress covers
- Sheets
- Blankets
Please avoid direct contact with:
- Biomats (unless set to low temperatures at or below 95°F / 35°C)
- Electric heating pads
- Infrared heated mats
- Any device operating above 110°F for extended periods
